New Relational Experiences
The Sacred Woods has always been a place of connection — connection with the land, the animals, ourselves, and each other. As this community continues to grow, so do the ways we are able to gather, learn, and experience the wisdom held within this space.
This season, we’re excited to share two land-based experiences that have been rooting and growing here.
Embodied Leadership is a pathway for teams, organizations, and communities to explore relational leadership, communication, and connection.
Herd Medicine is a pathway for individuals to connect with themselves through embodiment, reflection, and relationship with the herd and the land.
While the experiences are held differently, they are rooted in the same foundation: slowing down, listening deeply, and discovering what becomes possible when we learn through relationship.
Why We Created These Experiences
Embodied Leadership Experience
Leadership is a relationship.
The Embodied Leadership Experience invites teams, organizations, and communities to explore leadership through a land-based and relational lens. Through connection with the herd and the wisdom of the natural world, participants are invited to reflect on trust, communication, authenticity, awareness, and the ways we create meaningful connection with those around us.
Each experience is uniquely tailored to meet your team or community where they are. Whether you are navigating change, strengthening relationships, rebuilding trust, exploring communication, or simply looking for a different way to connect, we work with you to create an experience that supports what is needed in the moment.
This is an opportunity to step outside traditional environments and explore a different way of understanding leadership — one rooted in presence, relationship, and connection.
Herd Medicine Retreat
What happens when we slow down enough to listen?
We also offer a similarly structured Herd Medicine experience for individuals seeking a deeper connection with themselves, the herd, and the land.
Held monthly throughout our seasonal operations, Herd Medicine invites participants into the Circle of Self through a guided journey of connection, embodiment, release, and integration. Through intentional time with the animals, the land, and reflective practices, you are invited to slow down, reconnect with your own inner wisdom, and create space for restoration.
This experience is open to anyone who feels called to attend. No two gatherings are ever the same, as each person, animal, and moment of connection brings something unique into the space!
