This full day immersive retreat at The Sacred Woods Community is a guided return to yourself through presence, reflection, embodiment, and rest. Held within the dome and supported by the land, the herd, and the living field of nature. This is a space to step out of performance and back into presence. To remember what is yours. To return to what has always been here. The day unfolds in three natural movements. Connect. Embody. Integrate. ⸻ Connect: Circle of Self A guided return to Self through reflection, awareness, and gentle inner inquiry. Supported by grounding practices, nervous system awareness, and the wisdom of the Medicine Wheel. We explore your values as an inner compass, your connection to Self, and the beliefs shaping your experience. What is true, what is inherited, and what is ready to release. A soft remembering of your center, held by the land and the herd. ⸻ Embody: Herd Medicine A return to instinct and natural truth. At The Sacred Woods, the animals are never asked to override their instinct. They move, approach, or withdraw only as it feels right. In this space, we are invited into the same way of being. We slow down, listen more than we lead, and allow connection to unfold without force or expectation. What begins in reflection is now embodied through lived presence and practice, allowing your connection to Self to move from understanding into experience within the body. As the body settles, instinct begins to return. The animals mirror what is present within us, guiding us back to authenticity and inner trust. ⸻ Integrate: Sound Frequency The day closes in deep rest and integration through sound. A guided sound bath experience using vibrational frequency supports the nervous system in settling and absorbing the experience of the day. Nothing to do. Nothing to become.
