Aromatherapy - Experience carefully selected essential oils to awaken the senses and create a calming, intentional atmosphere. Sound Bath - Allow the gentle vibrations of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and chimes to wash over you as you rest, breathe, and release the busyness of the day.
